  16 year old SS1 student, Abdulateef Asamu (pictured above) has been arrested by the Ogun state Police command for robbing and raping his neighbor, a 52 year old woman at Lambe area of Ajuwon, Ogun state on January 18th. According to  Tribune , the police said that Abdulateef, the first son of his parents, broke into the woman's home late at night, threatened her with a weapon and demanded she bring out all the money she had at home. He took about N16,500 from her and then asked her to lie down so he could have sex with her. He lied to the woman that he had his gang outside her home who would come in if she didn't obey him. Out of fear, the woman who was alone at home that night, agreed and he proceeded to rape her... 

    Yesterday, Kanye West released the cover art for his 7th studio album (above) and unveiled the album title - "So Help Me God"...and now the conspiracy theorists have started. People are saying the title and album art has satanic messages. Na wa! Continue to see for yourself and believe what you want to believe. Meanwhile, the album has no release date because Kanye plans to surprise the world with it on a random date like Beyoncé did...

  19 year old Nigerian Harvard student Saheela Ibraheem has been recognized as one of the World's 50 smartest teenagers in 2015. Saheela, a neurologist undergraduate in Harvard was invited to the White house where she met with the Obamas who celebrated her great feat last Thursday Feb. 26th. She was one of those celebrated by the US government to mark 'The Black History Month".

  Another day, another oyibo person gives money to someone they've never met. Oshisco. A woman named Sarah who has been divorced twice came out on Dr Phil show to defend her decision to send roughly $1.4 million to her online lover in Africa. Someone she's never met in person. According to her "Though the mysterious man's accent has changed over time, and he keeps asking for money to be wired to various different countries, she is '95% certain' that he is telling her the truth that although he keeps trying to come over, they are arresting him on false charges.' 

  Earlier today, MI took to twitter to write that he was disrespected at Quilox nightclub (see that here ). The management of the club have now released a statement explaining their side of the story. Find their press statement below... The recent tweets by Rapper MI has come to our attention and we found it necessary to address the issue. Quilox had a contract with Live&Unplugged on February 28th between 10pm-12am. Live&Unplugged contracted M.I as their artist for the night.  At 12am on the said day, M.I was still performing and majority of our customers were complaining and demanding the DJ as we had other events planned for the night. In the process, some customers left.
