OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney blows kisses in court while facing m*rder charge in Nigerian boyfriend, Christian Obumseli’s d$ath
Courtney Clenney has appeared in court for a motions hearing before her m8rder trial on charges stemming from the st@bbing d3ath of her Nigerian boyfriend, Christian ObumseliMiami-Dade Circuit Judge Andrea Wolfson denied the defense’s motion to strike the prosecution’s expert witness, so Dr. Michael Brannon will continue to be involved in the case against Courtney Clenney.
Brannon has testified in several cases on Court TV trials before, including those in which Sarah Boone and Marcia Thompson were defendants.
Some recordings are barred, others are allowed.
Clenney’s legal team won’t have to contend with some of the recordings the prosecution wanted to enter into evidence.
The recordings, made by Obumseli without Clenney’s knowledge, were illegal surreptitious recordings, according to Clenney’s legal team, and should be excluded.
Wolfson ruled on Friday to exclude most of the recordings, but recordings made in the lobby and on the couple’s apartment balcony can be used, as there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in those locations.
Clenney’s trial is set to begin in the spring.
She is scheduled to appear in court in March for a status hearing.
