Audu Maikor, Chocolate City boss didn't appear in court today, April 20, 2017 for his on-going case over his comments on the Southern Kaduna crisis. Audu who has been arrested twice on the case last appeared in court on Monday, March 13, 2017 when he was granted bail on health grounds and the case was adjourned till today.
Information reaching us exclusively confirm that Audu didn't appear in court because his failing health and respiratory problems deteriorated and he's had to travel out of the country for treatment. The court sat this morning at about 9am and the case has now been adjourned till May 15, 2017.
